"I felt like the store was messy and under stocked but it could be because it’s a few weeks out to Christmas. Store just seemed kinda bare IMO, didn’t encounter staff as they didn’t have what I was looking for but I know they need somebody to take out the outside trash and cleanup the parking lot! So. Much. Litter. Do better citizens and Michaels (and other nearby stores) should realize this is a bad look for business"

"You ought to actually provide the service of a checkout if someone wants it instead of telling them they have to go to self checkout if they have a debit card. I left all my stuff there at the counter. Not paying your outrageously high prices if you can't provide some courtesy."

"This location is 25-30 minutes away and is always worth the drive. They always have items in stock, they inventory is always updated. I only use this location for the canvas, paint pens,paint markers, and paint. Always have what I need. The staff is awesome. It’s a young lady with blonde hair blue eyes, I believe she is a lead or supervisor but she is very awesome goes up and beyond to helping you with your needs. She gave me a huge discount on a canvas that was the same size as the one I paid for that ended up being out of stock she gave it to me as the price I paid for on line. She Awesome. I didn’t know if you find a damaged canvas and it’s the only one left they Will pretty much give it to you for the next of nothing. But if it’s a few left they will give it to you half off or 75% off. And that’s awesome."

"Nice store; and front staff was very nice, but i was looking for a specific type of frame and i asked the guy who was working in the back if they had any of the frames i was looking for with the description and he kinda rudely just blew me off like i was invaluable he really gave me bad vibes. I would have been okay if I didn’t hear a white lady ask a similar question and he happily showed her to the area and was helping her look for the frame she needed. Meet coincidence she needed a frame similar to me. I hate to make things about race. But this seemed like the issue."
