CVS Pharmacy

"My prescription was sent in 1 week ago. Called Wednesday, was told would be ready Friday. Was never alerted. Called again Sunday, had to leave message. Ryan called back. Said not in stock and could request med. Asked why they didn’t do this already. Response was “we’re short staffed”. Then he said, I’m mistaken, we do have it. I asked price because it’s new insurance, was told I’m too busy to check. He was one of the rudest people I’ve spoken with in a long time. CVS needs to teach this person the meaning of customer service!"

"The guy pharmacist is cool the girl pharmacist on the other hand is a complete scumbag the way she speaks is very rude while behind the glass where she feels safe or protected enough to behave that way seems like she thinks she’s better than everyone else"

"i have been a patron of this cvs for MANY YEARS and never have i been treated SOOOO RUDELY as I was on the 12-27-2022 visit at the pharmacy. i got there no one ahead of me. waited gal finally said WHATS your name and after that i asked where the immodium was as i did not find it. she told me and when i went to get this which was all of 3 seconds.. She rudely said she cant wait for me she is VERY VERY BUSY. MIND YOU I HAD THE IMMODIUM IN HAND. she cleared my information and AT THAT POINT another man came & i said then wait on him. HAD THE she turned to male pharmicist and said Out loud You Can Wait On her and she eyeballed me. after waiting again for several minutes he came up asked me ??? and then I said told him about the rude girl who stared at me the entire time. All he said was im sorry i did not know well.. how could he not? she was in front of him when she made the statement. They were not busy and she had a terrible attitude. Not the way to be . she is not a person who should be dealing with the public especially in a medical capactiy. thank you Karen Bush"
