I have to physically appear to get them to respond to faxes from my pharmacy...and more than once for the same script...the one guy that i ever got positive results from working with...was laid off. Referrals? Please...half of them never happen. Trillium's incompetence is mind blowing! I wish there was someplace I could file a complaint regarding their services."
