"Very disappointed with Pharmacy staff, well one guy at Ridgemont location. Tried to get a flu shot and guy looked and acted like he was having a difficult time processing insurance information. When after 15 minuets I asked two times what was the holdup. He responded, they told me to call this number. From the start he seemed very unsure what he was doing and at no time did he ask for help. I won’t even bother with his attitude because I have waisted enough time on this. Usually I go to Latta Rd.and should have gone there this time. Most times I give the pharmacy crew an A+. Please train this employee on flu shots and customer service. Sorry Wegmans but this guy needs help. Oh,I have had flu shots at Wegmans in the past without any issues."
"Very friendly and professional. Accidentally sent my husband with the wrong insurance card and really needed important that scrpt. The pharmacist called the insurance for the info and was able to fill it. It was really nice, he didn't have to do that."
"I always get my medication for my family here and the employees are great and friendly. This morning I was there trying to find a sinus medication for my pregnant wife, not only did they help me and answer my questions, they did it all 30 minutes before they even opened!! Outstanding people that dropped what they were doing to open the store, just to help me. Highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone!"
