"For a compounded medication: 12 Corners would not submit to my insurance for a coverage check, but another pharmacy would...Here is a description of what was involved with both attempts so you can judge for yourself... Experience at 12 Corners: The staff at 12 Corners gave me a form to submit to my insurance which had incorrect itemizations on it. I had to make several calls to my insurance carrier to determine what was wrong on form. Then I called 12 Corners to explain the form they gave me was incorrect. They explained that the system they use to come up with the itemizations was not working as expected, but I could pick up a corrected form next time I come in. I then resubmitted to my insurance only to find it was not covered. Lots of work and time on my part to get to this point, leaving me with a suspicion that 12 Corners is not setup to properly handle insurance claims in an efficient manner. So I thought I will try elsewhere. Experience at another Pharmacy: I called a pharmacy located at 5110 Main St. Williamsville NY and gave them my prescription identification, they called me back in 27min to let me know it was not covered. Very simple and easy. You decide."
