"Wegmans has had a pharmacy since the store on Chili Ave and the pharmacy was well run. You could call in for refills ,and the prescription would be ready within the hour. Recently I called in for 3 prescriptions with Wegmans chili/Paul and was informed by the rep that the prescriptions would be ready in a couple of hours. Unfortunately, I was not able to pick them up that day, so I went in the next day, thinking they would be ready. Of course not! only 1 prescription was ready, the other 2, the pharmacy tech wasn't sure if they had the drug in house and the last one, I was informed that it was too early to refill the prescription as insurance would not cover it. These are the same 3 prescriptions I was just told by the tech would be ready in a couple hours. I realize good help is hard to find these days but poor help is worse. Having to go back and forth for my medicine especially when I was told it would be ready is really inconvenient to me. If Wegman is going to continue with the pharmacy maybe they need better standards for how their techs process requests and note the information. I still do not have my refills."

The woman that gave us our shots was very friendly, gentle when giving the shot. I would go back again, without any hesitation."
