"Better to go to an actual Veterinarian's office. The staff is combative and the policies are completely dangerous for the animals. The staff want to take your animal in a room, out of view, without the owner present. This inconjunction with unannounced, unexpected closures and the slow rate at which the staff works makes for a stressful experience. Honestly, the staff acts as if their job is to chase away customers. I only regret I couldn't rate them lower. I'll never put myself through this experience again.....neither should you!"
