"Terrible customer service !!! I stayed 5 days 4 nights at the hotel and all I received was really bad customer service - especially the people work at the front desk ! This is the first time that I stayed at a hotel without cleaning/ take out the trash, refill the towels for 4 days in a row even though someone told me that they will clean my room every other day. The only thing that I don’t give this hotel 1 star is because I love the people that work at the kitchen/ serving hot breakfast. They were very nice, polite and friendly!"

"Absolute nightmare at check-in. Staff left due to snowfall and left one man by himself to cover a large hotel. They were double booked and several of us had to find another hotel. Most of us booked through a 3rd party website and the rooms were non-refundable. To their credit, they honored any refund requests, only problem is they only refunded 2/3 nights of my stay."

"I had an early flight out of Buffalo airport on Christmas Eve morning so I decided to stay at the Hampton Inn! What a great place! Laticia was working at the front desk and she was very friendly and helpful. I love the fact that I was able to leave my car in a safe secure area for the duration of my trip. The room was lovely with a large king size bed. Fresh air circulated throughout my room. I really liked the soaps and shampoo and blow dryer that was available. The shuttle driver came on time at 3:30 AM and whisked me away to BUF for my Christmas vacation! I will definitely stay again!"

"Staff member BROKE into our room. I stayed here with my girlfriends and baby, for three nights. One day we went out, when we came back we wanted to watch a movie on OUR laptop that I had left on. And “someone had been on it and looked up pornography” the hotel staff checked the hall cameras and confirmed that a staff member came in are room and was in there about 5 minutes. We had declined room service, so there was no reason to be in there. I will NEVER go back. They refunded us for TWO nights not three. I will say that the guy in charge of breakfast is GREAT at his job!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!! We booked a room at this hotel because I have stayed at Hampton Inn for years for both business and personal stays. We had been traveling all day. We checked in, dropped our bags in the room and headed out to have dinner. When we returned, I unpacked our bags and started to get ready for bed. It was then I learned the bathroom was disgusting!!!! There was feces sitting in the top of the shower drain and shaved hair in the tub. We lifted the toilet lid and it had clearly not been cleaned. Completely gross! It resembled one of the worst gas station bathrooms I had ever seen. Disgusting! When I told the manager on duty, (I was polite) she never took her eyes off of her computer. I had to ask if she had heard me. I followed up with the general manager and requested a refund. To date, he has not returned my call. Terrible cleanliness, abysmal management."
