"Don’t go to this pharmacy, one of the worst ones I’ve ever been to. If you get a controlled substance they look at you disgusting & the old pharmacist give you issues trying to fill it when the dr even writes to fill it the day it’s sent in- but they won’t. Then you have to wait the whole next day to get your script & miss your doses- there’s only a few techs that are nice here- the one female that’s in her mid to late 20s stares at you like you’re on drugs & asks for your id but doesn’t scan it for some reason , I’m done coming here , switched to a different pharmacy I shouldn’t get judged because I’m trying to help myself ."

"Just wasted 45 minutes waiting for a prescription they didn’t have. We were assured they had the med in stock and it would be only a couple minutes. Forever and a day later we get told they don’t have what we need in stock. I get mistakes happen but that’s just incompetence."

"Been using rite aid since the 80s I moved out to Cheektowaga and go to this location to get my prescriptions, and there never ready on time there is always a huge Line people are waiting 20-30 mins to get there meds. There’s only one person cashing the drive through is always closed. Hire more people at this location or close it down if you can meet the community’s needs. Never been more disappointed in this company! Make some changes"

"Terrible location. I would give zero stars if that were an option. I have been having my prescriptions filled by Rite Aid for years at different locations. I never had any problems until having them filled at this location. Everytime I go to pick up my prescriptions there is always a problem and they always blame it on everyone else but them."

"Prescriptions never ready on time, they never answer any phone call, employees are very rude mostly the one who works on Friday’s and Tuesdays. Corporate really need to work on the customer service"
