"I went in on a Tuesday for help with a bracelet that I recently got that the clasp came off of. I also wanted to get a few new rings and to start a bracelet for my wedding. The store wasn't very busy but there was a short wait. Once attended to, the sales associate was short, dismissive and not helpful AT ALL. I left very frustrated from the lack of customer service. I guess I’m better off shopping online."
