"This store in the last year has become a train wreck. Closing early but website not updated. No bathroom now in the store today due to vandalism. Aisles were barely walkable and shelves basically bare except in fabric and yarn. It’s a shame to compared to the other “craft” store the coupons and sales are much better. But the store looks like a war zone."

"I drove an hour and a half to pick up my online purchase to find the doors locked at 6:30pm. Their website, Google and Yelp states they are open but while standing at the door they posted new operating hours on the door. Several customers were standing outside perplexed at the rudeness and lack of empathy. I understand that for security reasons the door cannot be opened after “closing” but they arbitrarily closed apparently because of staffing issues. I could see my order on the shelf and they even went over and stated that my order was right there. For what? Just for the sake of being rude?? To make matters worse, an employee and manager were in the store and when we tried to explain to the employee that we had already paid, they mocked us standing outside by stating “that sucks for you, cancel your order or come back tomorrow.”"

"Really good store and I love the customer service!! You need to change your closing hour from 6pm to 5pm cuz this store close at 5pm. I walked in @4:40 and they were announcing closing @5pm and not 6pm."

"Amazing store with huge varieties of art and fabric supplies. There was a 40% offer on selected items for memorial day May 29th. Items are affordable too Must visit store for art lovers .."
