"My experience here for buying a laptop was great. Two employees had helped me, making sure to go through important information before I leave the store. They have some decent prices for some of these high class laptops, not sure about their other products though."

"Bought a vinyl record from Best Buy online. It arrived defective. Tried to return it at this location and was told I couldn’t return it because the packaging was opened. Don’t know how I was supposed to discover it was defective without opening the packaging. Best Buy essentially just stole money from me."

"Excellent service. Purchased a new laptop today and got a great price. While I did have 3 different reps helping with my many many needs it took under an hour. My only negative thing to say is if I could have worked with one rep that was knowledgeable about the laptop, acceories needed and my work from home needs. Overall it was a good experience. As I haven't bought a computer in 10 years. But the fact that I kept getting passed off person to person and then had to wait for "my person" to finish with another customer before I could finish my process. Also the first person a HP rep (I assume because he was in a HP shirt) told me the model I chose would be delivered next day. (It was a Sunday at 2pm. And it's gonna be delivered Monday) was not true when I sat down to pay. My laptop will not be delivered until Wednesday. Purchased on a Sunday. I'm not mad. But the HP person set an expectation that Best Buy was not able to meet. Overall it was a positive experience. But double and triple fact check what you are told. Apparently buying a computer is like buying a car."

"One of my favorite Best Buy locations! The employees are always patient and eager to help. Tonight Dominik replaced our son’s iPhone screen protector. I found this young man to be very nice. I highly recommend this location. Geek Squad is also pretty awesome. Come check out all the goodies they have to offer!"
