"Completely lied about their product. I was sold a "solid gold" nose hoop. I purchased it because I have VERY sensitive metal allergies and I have serious reactions to anything that isn't solid gold or gold filled. Within a week my "solid gold" hoop was turning silver. My nose swelled up and hurt terribly. I tried to call multiple times to ask for a refund since I paid a solid gold price for a dainty nose hoop, no one ever answers. I even told the person assisting me that I have bad metal allergies. She lied to me and sold me the product anyways. I had to frantically call other shops to find a real gold one to switch out ASAP to stop the allergic reaction."
