"Employee helped me find what I was looking for. She took me right to the item and pointed out it was 50% off. I didn't notice the sale and I wouldn't have purchased it. Cashier greeted us and was friendly and welcoming."

"In the city of artists, it is not possible to enjoy the discounts given. Very few people manage the store, I did not find anyone to take down a canvas for me from a high place, a long and continuous line at the cash register and only one person there alone."

"I am in line right now and there is only one person up front ringing people up. Honestly am aggravated that this lady is on her own. And about 25 people in line and has been like this for a while now. I called the store to get her help and then realized the phone call was forwarded right to the front to this lady so I hung up. She hasn't been able to stop moving or ringing up people quite a while. Does not look like good team work here at all ...like someone should be helping her. I have also been in line for over 20 minutes and the people behind me will have been in line for over 30 by the time I get rung up. I still have 3 people ahead of me. Scratch that I have now waited 30 mins."

"This place was absolutely trashed. Carts of boxed inventory everywhere, glitter all over the floors, urine soaked and graffiti tagged bathroom with no way to properly wash hands. I have never seen a Michael's in this bad of shape before. I only gave it two stars instead of one because of the potential it has to be good. They didn't have any item on my craft list either, so I left empty handed. The acrylic paint section had all of the anti theft glass broken and wide open so that inventory had also been lifted."

"Ok I know it's black Friday week, but the shelves were bare, the store was thoroughly trashed, there were empty cardboard boxes in the aisles and there was 1 cashier trying to keep up with all the people in line. I did her a solid and put back what I was going to buy and left with no purchase. This store makes me miss AC Moore."
