"While trying to get a loan on a TV man said my brand new sound bar didn't work my wife plugged it in to another plug to show it worked just fine and he was mad told us to take our TV and go as another customer was conversing with us the man yelled at us to get out of the store we still have no idea his problem I had done business there before but never again!!! Is it cause I'm black just sayn!"

"Previous to today had great experiences here. Tried to return a completely unusable bike rack. Never ought to have been sold. They wouldn't accept with receipt because over 30 day return. Will never do any business here again. Will take this review down when I get a refund. Pls. advise when that will be accomplished. Still have heard nothing. 11/20 Would appreciate an appointment time to return the useless bike rack with receipt one of the owners said on here should've been credited. "I went to this Alan’s today to simply make a payment for a friend. I didn’t ask for any info I didn’t want anything from them ALL I wanted to do was pay for an extension for my friend and was told I couldn’t. I have done this multiple times at different Alan’s but this one said I couldn’t. Every time I come to this Alan’s it’s like they intentionally make things harder or impossible because that can. What’s the point of doing business if they are unreasonable ? This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with unreasonable employee at THIS Alan’s! They also told my friend she can’t pay with card when extending but she can pay with her card over the phone? Doesn’t make sense !!! Doesn’t make sense that I’m not allowed to come in and PAY for my friend! I wasn’t asking to take anything or to know anything. All I wanted to do was PAY! Alan’s is a good company, JUST NOT THIS STORE! I don’t recommend! They also lowball you. If you’re trying to pawn something take it to this Alan’s and then take it to another one and watch the different in the quotes. Insane"

"I had put a bad review but I decided to delete it, one of the owners Tonia contacted me and really listen to my complaint and made feel much better. I never expected anyone to get back to me let alone the owner. I might not deal with the person I had issue with but I will return to deal with Sean at tunnel Rd or just go to Patton. Thank you for making me feel like my business was appreciated"
