"All I can say is that the school is beyond amazing. Pierre does everything he can to make it affordable and comfortable for each student. My two daughters as well as my niece went for marshal arts training, jujitsu and boxing. Pierre did a amazing job at making it fun and teachable. I’ve tried other schools but none can compare to this school. Honestly, it was one of my best decisions to put my kids in this lovely and amazing school. They loved learning and it’s great exercise. "Been going to this gym for almost 7 years and have truly loved the personal touch it’s owner, Pierre, gives to everything and everyone. From pushing you to achieve your fitness goals and allowing everyone to participate in the many different classes, it truly feels like a family. The fact that all the trainings are accessible and affordable motivates you to continue working out and not just go to the gym for short periods of time. I highly recommend this gym for everyone interested in boxing, kickboxing, jiu Jitsu or just lighting weights."
"Great little gym with all necessary equipment to get you looking and feeling your best plus, good one on one training & circuit training classes. Good Jujitsu, Muay Thai and MMA classes as well. The owner Pierre is also a great guy. Opens early and stays open relatively late in the evening. Open seven days a week."
"Sifu Pete does his best to help in guiding everyone in boxing and kung fu boxing. He's also a brother and best friend everyone that knows him and known him who he have helped in many years . Facts training at the gym everybody becomes a family training for real Street Boxing MMA competition. Sifu Pete will always make sure you never give up and you always encourage you to do better I have lost 20 pounds in 3 months still training.."
