"Zero stars. You will waste many HOURS here. I'm writing this from the exam room... I've been waiting 45 minutes for a doctor...and this is the third attempt this month to actually get past the waiting room. Very disorganized and ALWAYS AT LEAST AN HOUR WAIT. When I arrived the first time a month ago, they forgot to check me in, resulting in an hour+45min wait and needing to reschedule...huge waste. The second time, they said my appointment was at another location (even though they rescheduled me for the Troy office in-person during my first visit, and called me to remind me about my appointment in Troy). So this is the third time here, and the nurse called me by the wrong name from the waiting room, and I expect to wait another hour to see anyone. I'm gonna stick it out so I hopefully never have to come back here. Sick of burning my work, sick, and personal time for this nonsense."

"I have tried a numerous occasions to call this place & to establish myself as a new patient. I haven't had much success at all. Today was a new low. I called through the phone tree, and operator answered and said hold without asking anything else, and I held for what seemed like 10 to 15 minutes. Then the phone started to ring, only to continuously ring without anybody answering. What kind of horse hockey kind of phone service is this? Mind you the options were for a current patient or someone looking to become a patient press blah blah blah. So if you were a current patient you would have to go through the same horse hockey? Completely unacceptable."

"Good physician. She has a reassuring, welcoming personality and she knows how to listen to her patients We went over my condition and made/modified treatment plans that fit my specific situation. I doubt I could have received better care from anyone else."

"This place is amazing. I see Joanne tedeski. Office is responsive and staff is friendly. I get what I need and waiting time is short I'm seem on time. They do prior authorization hassle free. Best Dr office around"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I just got out of the ER with a catheter placed and was advised to call this office immediately. I called the Albany office and was put on hold for 20 minutes and then was told to call the Troy office they couldn’t help me or see me for months. So I call the Troy office and the woman who answered the phone was extremely unhelpful and rude too. She told me she needed an order from the ER to even see me. I was extremely confused by this and when I explained the situation again and told her the Albany office told me to call them she was like “yea well we’re in the same boat”. I’m not sure if the doctors here are any good but getting past the terrible reception staff to see one doesn’t seem worth it."
