"5 minutes after arriving for our appointment they decided to tell us the dentist wasn’t even there to do my daughter’s filling. The day prior we literally received a call from one of their staff members confirming we would be in attendance to her appointment the following day. They’re also aware we have no car and walk to our appointments but brushed it off as “well someone should have called you yesterday and told you”... This isn’t the first time they’ve canceled an appointment, last time it was about 45 minutes prior to our appointment so luckily we hadn’t left yet but still. We’ve been trying to be seen for over a month now to repair a filling done by their dentist that fell out immediately after the first appointment but they keep pushing our appointment off by weeks and weeks. It’s a waste of time to even bother going here."

"My daughter’s filling from Troy Dental Kids fell out immediately after we left the building. 3 weeks later when her appointment arrives to fix it and Troy Dental Kids texts me 45 minutes prior to her appointment to “reschedule”. I called them for an explanation and was told the laughing gas shipment was late but we had declined using nitrous oxide more than 2 weeks prior when we were told it would be $200. I reminded them of this but for whatever reason they still want to reschedule her for 2 weeks from now. I would not recommend bringing your child here unless you want to go back multiple times repairing fillings and deal with multiple cancelled appointments. Horrible customer service and I’m fed up."

"My kids love it here! They always leave happy and have a good experience. We do our school checkups and cleanings here and have had many fillings done here. Very comfortable and nice experienced staff!"

"This office is very personalized and i Saw each of my children get their own specific way of treatment according to fit my childrens different personalities. My youngest sat on my lap during treatment while she was getting laughing gas, my two oldest were seen in same room and able to sit next to each other . The staff really goes our of the way to make each child comfortable. Also they can put a child to sleep safely with an anesthesiolgist present for anxious or young children. I was very comfortable here and my children had a food experience."

"The best experience I have ever had was in this office!! I love the way she makes a bond with your children so they feel comfortable. My daughter had a bad experience with the smile lodge and was scared to death of the dentist. But right when she came here she was made to feel comfortable and trust the dentist!! My son also had to be put under at albany med for some extractions and the dentist was absolutely amazing and did a great job with my son!!! I don't care what anyone says my children will be coming here from now on and will never step foot in the smile lodge again!!"
