"My neurologist recommended I do more physical therapy because of my severe neuropathy and balance issues. I chose Maccio Physical Therapy because my daughter told me they use the Mckenzie Method which is quite different from other PT regimens. I couldn't be more pleased. I would lose my balance stepping up and down curbs while walking my dog and I would often fall. Maccio PT is the best I have ever tried and it works extremely well. I have not fallen or lost my balance since. It is low impact exercise that I do at their45 clinic and have to do several times a day at home. It is easy and I feel much better after. My Therapist, Matt Myers is excellent! He is low key but is constantly watching. He always asks me if I have any additional problems on which we should work. I recommend Maccio without reservations"

"After an unexpected slip and fall, I sustained a fracture to my left wrist. I was able to avoid surgery but the casting resulted in some wrist deformity, pain, and numbness in my fingers. It was difficult for me to use my hand and arm in my daily activities. Fortunately, my PCP referred me to Maccio Physical Therapy and I was able to work with Matthew Myers, DPT. He devised a plan for stretching and strengthening the wrist that reduced the pain and numbness, and increased range of motion and overall function. I am very pleased with the results, and I would definitely recommend Maccio PT to friends and family. It is great to have a professional, friendly, and easily accessible PT practice in my area."

"After an injury while golfing, it turned out I had a pinched nerve. The pain began in my scapula and came all the way down my arm, leaving my thumb index finger and middle finger, tingling. The pain was unbearable, leaving me unable to sleep, sit, stand or lay down. The doctors office recommended physical therapy. A friend of mine had recommended Maccio physical therapy in Troy New York. By the first visit, I was already able to sleep through the night, sit comfortably, stand, and even lay down. My physical therapist was Matthew. Matthew assessed the issues and started me on neck exercises and an exercise for the nerve damage that was making my fingers tingle. I was feeling so much better after the first visit and so grateful for the knowledge and expertise of Matthew. Maccio physical therapy is a great team of skilled therapists. I would highly recommend them for all of your Physical therapy needs."

"I'd been living with my lower back pain on and off for about a year when I'd finally had enough, and wanted to feel good about moving again. Matt worked with me to give me some simple stretches and a routine that has built my confidence that I can get moving again without retriggering the pain. It can be hard for some people (like me) to get to the point of asking for help, but I'm glad I did. Many thanks to Matt and the team!"

"This was not my first experience with Maccio Physical Therapy. As in the past, I have been so pleased with my therapy with Joe and Lindsay for a neck problem. Their professional attitude and practical approach to my specific problem was spot on and within a few weeks of working with them, the pain I had was almost completely gone. All the staff are professional and more than helpful. I am so grateful for you and for the McKenzie method you use."
