WellNow Urgent Care

"I walked in to WellNow, and there were five people in front of me. It was very busy. People are coming going all the time. After two hours, I got in and Angel A. took my vital signs. He was very pleasant and helpful. He made me and my husband feel very comfortable. We were like old friends in no time. He gave me some water. Then did two tests one for Covid and the other for flu. David Johnson PA came in. He was fantastic. Angel needed to redo the covid test. David did a full evaluation of my symptoms, lungs etc. He complemented me on the depth of my breathing. He looked at my spider bite on my neck. He said it was not inflamed and it should be fine once I finished the antibiotics I had. I was negative for everything. David gave me a recommendation for loads of things to do for my non specific virus. On the way out, I was offered some snacks and took a berry juice. I am so bowed over by the kindness of these workers. While I’d been sitting there for two hours I saw these men coming and going, getting Patient after Patient, and coming out to get the document they created for their well care. They are absolutely incredible. It was 5 o’clock at night. There was still a waiting room full of people and they were closed at five and they just kept going. I can’t say enough about them. It was excellent!"

"The staff at this WellNow Urgent was very professional, pleasant and patient. I was given prompt and courteous attention. My nurse Chelsea very attentive to me. She cared about my comfort and brought me two containers of apple juice to drink while I waited for the physician. Who by the way was very concerned about my condition and wrote me a prescription for the medication and a return to work letter. I was very pleased by the staff. Thank you all so much."

"I came in at around 7:25 i left work i have been feeling so ill for about 4 weeks with respiratory issues. They took me in, were so polite and sweet and not angry at all that I came in at last minute. Dr Ben is the nicest Dr I have met ever. I was so thankful for them."

The staff to the Doctors were great, everyone was concerned about my issue, the care and dedication to getting my injury fixed was impeccable. "Location: 24 N Greenbush Road, Troy New York 12180 I was denied service after waiting for three hours. The facility is extremely cold. They have a slushy machine and coffee area however I was extremely cold and wanted coffee to stay warm, customers were told to use slushy cups for coffee which is not safe and could burn someone. This place is so unprofessional. I’ve waited three hours after signing in. I came to get a physical for my job, let’s just say this place was not busy at all for what I could see they make them self seem so busy while customers are waiting. They’ve ordered dominoes ate, went to the bathroom a few times, called their friends and family on the phone, laugh and joke with each other before they start calling back customers again. Shaking my head. I almost felt like I could have went to the emergency room. To finally get my name called to the front desk after waiting for 3 and 1/2 hours to hear I have to pay out of pocket. when I signed in and pick the option to pay with insurance. which I clicked, front desk could have told me “hey dear, by the way we do not take that form of payment for what you’re requesting this is an out-of-pocket payment” Just to give me a heads up to see if I can do the wait. just so i won’t have to wait three hours instead she felt it was OK to make me wait to tell me afterwards. This is unprofessional, ridiculous and disgusting shut this place down. now you’re telling me after three hours to pay out of pocket. Very unprofessional !!! I ask for the number for corporate they direct me to the website. I asked them to show me where on the website they were no assistant to guide me. Why do these people have a job they don’t even have an answer for you when asked a question. they work slow, they’re gaining weight stuffing their face all day and not actually helping customers. Do you think this is right ? do you think this is fair ? I would like for headquarters to contact me right away. From what I witnessed the front desk lady doing nothing but watching TikTok videos and looking at the computer you telling me her job description is not more than that to notice who is checking in with the proper insurance or have to pay out of pocket ? So no one is just sitting around hanging out making the place look crowded when it’s really not because after three hours you will deny them for service. What do we got going on here ? let’s do better it’s 2023 not 2000. I said I will make a complaint she said it’s OK I’ll have a few of my friends right after you write over your complaint, so I guessing this won’t get anywhere ? Lol. I’ll try my luck though see how much anyone cares. Best regards"
