"This location repeatedly messes up my blood work. They leave out tests that are very important. I am a stage III cancer patient and I need a blood test to measure the level of chemo in my blood every 3 months here, every time, they mess it up. They literally just skip it. I even confirmed with the tech this time, and she highlighted it. However, I counted the tubes and knew there was no way she did all the required tests, what do you know, I was correct. I will never be going back here. Which is unfortunate, since it’s conveniently located."

"Ridiculous no customer service what so ever. I have called repeatedly and left messages no return phone call ever. Husband is quadriplegic with broken arm and diabetic who needs to fast for 8 hours not easy to get him out of the house would be nice to get questions answered. Going to end up cancelling follow up Dr appointment and telling them to find a different lab to use. Dear owner thank you for your useless response I have left numerous voicemails for the last month and still no return phone call. So much for your 3 to 5 day wait for a return phone call."

"The person, I wish I could remember her name, who did my blood draw this time along with the last time a few months ago is the best. She was super welcoming and bubbly which was appreciated at 7:15am. Painless blood draw, and it was a quick process. Clean and safe environment, so I had no fears in COVID times. What a busy place, that must means she is doing a lot of something right. I know I will be back when needed. Thanks for an easy experience! Especially without any wait, actually got in early, when booked online."
