"Overall, this school offered a decent price for unlimited package that includes the unlimited testing, 1 pre-licensing course, and some lessons compared to rest of Long Island region. However, my first instructor Yulei was so rude and unprofessional. I couldn’t perfect my parallel park during my first two lessons and instead of offering advice he condescendingly asked “so, what did you do wrong” and I was shocked because I didn’t know how exactly I can improve and was looking for instructions and advice. I never got taught about the emergency brake and he pulls it expecting me to know because according to him he already taught me. He has never and likely confused me with another student. He also repeatedly mocks me for already having been to other driving schools and not passing my original road tests. I felt so pressured and embarrassed for being inadequate in driving the whole time when I was practicing with him. He yells so much and raises his tone as if you’re dumb. I paid for lessons, I’m expecting someone to teach me, not yell and tell me to figure it out by myself. Do NOT get Yulei if you get an option. For my next lessons, I was switched to James. Overall, he was really calm and helpful. Only issue was his vehicle couldn’t let me move the seat forward which made it difficult for me to reach gas or brake pedal, but he was considerate and try to help with the issue. He helped me learn more about driving and taught me how to fix parallel park. His advice did give me a push to succeed after practicing with boyfriend. I only passed my road test because my boyfriend took extra time out of his week to help me practice and took me to my road test in his car. If it wasn’t with him, I would still be stuck within the cycle. The school overall didn’t provide adequate resources, there was a lot of shortcomings"

"I had 7 lesson package with Jerry as my instructor. He is very responsible and patient. Each class he waits in advance at the class site. The points of each road question are explained in details and he helps to analyze the various situations that may arise and how to solve them. I had very fun time. Without any prior experience I was able to pass a test with only 5 points deducted. The driving school was overall great. We had to change the test dates due to conflicts in time but they did it with no issues."
