"Always incredibly rude and impatient. No one at this location seems like can be bothered to do their job. Every time I ask for rice without cilantro, they lie to me and tell me they don’t have it. Half the time, I have to argue with someone at the register because they charged me for the wrong thing and then it’s a hassle to try to get them to fix it so I just end up disputing the charge on my card. Easily the worst chipotle in Manhattan, if not all of the city."

"Honestly the manager and some of the employees have a very unprofessional demeanor about themselves. They constantly talks bad about customers in spanish because a customer tells them they did something wrong with the order. As a spanish speaking customer I have seen and heard this myself. Anytime you try and speak to one of the line workers for the most part they are nasty and have attitude problems and it seems like everything you ask for is too much for them to do. There are maybe 1 or 2 employees there that represent that company in the right way. I will not be returning to this chipotle. I rather take my hungry stomach to Electric Burrito around the corner."
