"The website says they provide a variety of small engine repairs, including lawnmowers. But when you call they communicate that they do not accept walk ins, nor can appointments be made. So....? Basically their website is misleading and needs to be updated to reflect what kind of services they provide and for who."

"Lowe's sends mowers here for repair, they are crooks. Lied about my mower said it needed a tune-up when it just had one 3 weeks before. They told me I keep it outside, my mower has never been outside over night since I bought it and I clean the deck Everytime. They told me I needed a new carbarator, they couldn't rebuild it that I must have used bad gas. I used the same gas in 2 other mowers I had to use while they had mine"

"Can't agree more with other reviewers. Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. They missed multiple scheduled pickup times causing me to miss time at work. The Charlotte branch does not pick up their phones. When you do reach a live person, it is out in their call center in Ohio. The local manager, Holly will not return phone calls despite multiple requests for a call back. The customer Service Rep I spoke with today, Joe in Ohio, was downright right rude and dismissive. Currently as I write this have been on-hold with Lowes for over 45 minutes. This is the third call into them regarding this matter. For this reason alone I would never purchase another piece of power equipment from Lowes Home Improvement Center or buy an extended warranty from them as long as they use Altaquip is their vendor."
