"I have had no power to my oven for some time. I had an appliance guy come out and tell me that I had no power to my oven which I already knew, and that I needed an electrician. I had an electrician out and he told me that the problem was probably behind the oven but he couldn't check because it was a built in oven. These guys at Appliance Repair 123 were the first guys who actually seemed interested in helping me get my oven working again. They took the oven out of the wall and gave me my first solid lead that the problem originates with a generator I had installed messing up the power to the oven since the generator switches off the circuit when it isn't in use. To make this short, Appliance Repair 123 came to look at my oven and ended up diagnosing my generator and helping me get my oven up and running again. I highly recommend these guys. I'd give them 6 stars if I could."

"Technician made diagnostic, that my dryer machine needs replace the control board and it would be cost almost 400$. I’ve paid only for diagnostic 50$ and replaced the control board myself, but after replacement turn out that problem wasn’t in it. When I called them and ask sent me other technician, because I doubt in competence first one. I got the answer that he was the best, if he couldn’t do anything probably nobody can and I have to pay for second visit as well. So they will send their “technician” and I will pay each time for guessing what wrong. I make decision call another company. Repayment takes 40 minute, technician was with every possible needed part. He had asked me before came the model of my dryer machine. Now my dryer machine works with my old control board. I wasted time, 50$ for wrong diagnostic and 30$ for returning new control board. Repairment has cost 165$ opposite 400$ Everybody can make mistake, it is normal, but customer shouldn’t pay for it. I would not recommend anybody use this service.
