"Store doesn’t exist- watch out for being scammed! We bought a used dryer and it broke. Repeatedly had to reach out to get it looked at since it was under warranty. Rod finally got back with us and said he would take a look, but ended up not returning our calls or looking at the dryer. We decided to go to his store after getting the address from google maps to talk to him in person only to find no store exists at the location described! It is not worth being scammed. I’d shop elsewhere if I were you. Rod, if you’re mad about this review, how about return our calls and make good on the agreement!"

"We Bought a used Samsung electric dryer and had them deliver, install and remove old unit. They run a Excellent service, with good communication and delivery. Contact thru FB marketplace was fast and responsive. We Will use them again if we need another item in the future. No question.Thank u."

"Even though he showed up 20 minutes late knowing I had contractors to deal with, everything was great until I learned I was LIED TO AND CONNED! Rod showed up to deliver the replacement washer and examine my old one to determine if it could be fixed. After examination of my old dryer and he told me he could NOT fix it and it was NOT worth fixing then asked to take it off my hands not offering a discount or free delivery as compensation for the item he wanted for FREE. I eventually said sure thinking he was doing me a favor only to find out days later he is RESELLING the dryer I gave him for FREE for more than he sold the replacement dryer to me for and only because he said it was beyond repair. I will NEVER recommend his services after learning the way he does business."

"I can’t recommend Rod enough! He was sent out by our home warranty company to look at our dryer on a Saturday and arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem right away and had the parts ordered in a couple of days. Unfortunately our warranty company wouldn’t get back to him but he kept reaching out until it got approved and he was able to come out and fix it in no time. He went above and beyond and now our dryer works better than it did when we first moved in! Will 100% use again and am planning to recommend him and A to Z to future clients of mine!"
