"I had needed some brakes for my Honda and didn’t want to drive far or pay an arm and leg for them. I called and got a quote over the phone I can’t remember the guy’s name but he was very helpful and remembered me when I came in. He got me in immediately and did a great job on my brake repair. I was happy that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything and they were the cheapest out of all of the car repair centers I have called over the past month. Customer service was superb I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Coulwood tire and Auto has gained a new customer for sure, I highly recommend them."

"After bringing my VW in for it's annual service check (which went well and met all my car's needs), my car's oil pressure sensor kept going off. This had happened once before, and Coulwood addressed it same day by changing/adjusting the oil change done previously and elsewhere. However, this time, the cause of the sensor issue was a bit of a mystery, but Coulwood was a great partner in continuing to research multiple service options and implementing those until successful. The team was amazingly kind and dedicated despite me showing up multiple weeks with the problem (sometimes better, sometimes worse, but still present). I also really appreciate their approach to how/what I was charged for given the multiple visits this required--it was beyond fair and showed their investment back in me as a customer. They were finally able to address the issue and my car is back in top shape with the continuous sensor beeping finally over. Thank you again for all of your hard work, and I'll definitely continue to utilize and recommend Coulwood for vehicle care needs."

I called this morning when the protective plate under my car had fallen off and even though I had never been to that shop, they got me right in as soon as I pulled up! Sanchez was kind and had a great demeanor and even managed to make me laugh at the situation that really messed up my entire morning! Everyone at the shop seemed to be in good spirits. HIGHLY recommend!"

"Awesome experience. Honest Friendly enough. Repair and Service cost were really good. Matter of fact on repair and professional no work that wasn't necessary. I went in on the first Saturday they opened post pandemic and it was my 2nd or 3rd time there (each time) for major or minor inspections or repair. The work on Saturdays is limited (not all services offered) but a convenient option. Happy to find them."
