Don's TV Service

"I have a Sony Bravia XBR-65X900E which stopped working on me. I brought it to Don’s who diagnosed a faulty LED strip/bulb. Don quoted me on the repair, it took about a week or two for the part to arrive then once the part arrived, the repair was completed within 1 business day and the TV is back to working order. Would use Don’s again if the TV is worth repairing. Edit: one year post television repair and my Bravia is still going strong with no issues."

They completed the work in less than 30 minutes. They were kind, efficient, and skillful! Television experts and exceptional service!! If you need to repair your television, then this is your go-to place!!"

"This gentleman was TERRIFIC as was his helper that he sent to my house. Yes, repairing a tv versus buying a new tv can be pricey or as much as it would be to buy new but in our case, we wanted our same tv if at all possible. Don gave me all of my options & even encouraged me to get it brought in to shop to save myself money. I opted for the in home service because we are disabled & had no help to do so otherwise & because TV is the only source of entertainment for my bf in between dialysis. They picked up tv, diagnosed & repaired the power module & returned for me in less than a week. He takes cash, cash app etc and I paid all thru out process with cash app which made it so easy in the dealings. It was so worth it & appreciated as they hung my 50 inch tv back on wall. I trusted & appreciated him so much that I also purchased a small refurbished tv from him which they also brought and hung for me at same time. My repair was $245, pickup, delivery & diagnosis was $105, & other tv bought $120...also delivered at same time & hung, arranged etc. Total less than $500. Well worth it for all the service we received. I agree with others maybe don't just assume from tone of voice or quick,busy phone call that he isn't great at what he does or that it isn't worth it. If we had brought into his shop it was only $25 to diagnose...we just didn't have a way to do that. So an extra $80 for all of that was worth it.
