"We just had our HVAC system replaced yesterday, 2 furnaces and 2 AC units. We were introduced to Integrity through Costco. Everything from the initial contact to completion was incredibly punctual, professional, courteous and commendable. Nick came out to give us an analysis and was extremely thorough in explaining options and listened to our concerns and problems with the existing system. I cannot stress this enough because this is very important to us since we have had experience with that type of sales previously, but there was never any high pressure from him. He was also very responsive by email and text. The office staff was very efficient and friendly and made sure we had all paperwork and information necessary. Abraham, Bryce, Corbin and Dimitiri installed the units and were great! The used drop cloths to cover floor areas, and were very careful and respectful of our property inside and out. No damage whatsoever. It's only been one day since installation, but the house already feels more comfortable. Based on our experience with this company and staff, we can unreservedly recommend them!"
"Been a customer of Integrity for years and happily recommend them to others in need of HVAC maintenance, repair, or replacement. We originally called them for a minor issue with the units in our (new to us) house, which were about 20 yrs old. They helped us limp them along for a few years as we didn't have funds to replace them and they technically still *worked*, just not great, and the fear of a total breakdown was ever-present. We signed up for their maintenance plan then because of how impressed we were with their responsiveness, the techs that visited knowledge and politeness, and so much more. We felt this was a truly honest company and have had great interactions with everyone we've dealt with, going on maybe 5 years now? It's been a while - oh and we've had different techs each spring and fall and they've all had a consistent experience of friendly and polite and good work ethic. Upfront and positive, giving options for different budget levels. Late 2020 we finally replaced our unit and were pleased with that process as well - no heavy sales, just facts and options and we decided what was best for us. So far everything is going great! Five stars for sure - tell them Joy sent you if you made it this far into the review!"
