"Super knowledgeable, helpful guys, got my still-under-warranty mower replaced for me within a week. Will definitely return if needed!"
"Lawnmower technology and repair Kenny taught small engine and repair At community college. He was one of the best. He allowed the students to dismantle the lawnmowers and to replace whatever parts were displace and repaired. By far he the best, I have come near. And he knows how to teach making it fun tearing down and replacing the engine. I share your condolences to your best worker and your mom."
"This is such a great place for lawn equipment repair. They can literally fix anything when it comes to lawn equipment. Their quality of service is unmatched and they are very responsive to customer needs. I will definitely be using this local business for my lawn equipment repair / needs from now on!"
"This is the only place in Charlotte that has a "contract" for warranty work on Troy Bilt products. I drove a friend of mine over there, so that he could have a cast iron hub replaced, that broke the very first day that he used his weed eater. Looking it up on line, the Troy Bilt company told him that he could either take it by Park Seneca Lawnmower and have it replaced free of charge, since it came with a 2 year warranty, or he could send it back and Troy Bilt would send him a brand new weed eater. Thinking that it would be much easier to have it fixed locally, since there were only 2 bolts on the hub holding it in place. He took it to Park Seneca. The gentleman behind the counter informed him that he would need to pay 50$ up front and that it would take 3 weeks or longer to fix. I don't know what kind of scam this man was trying too run on him, but B.S., is B.S. The only reason that this business even got 1 star is because it doesn't allow me to grade them any lower. If this is indeed how they run their business, then you need to make sure that you never, ever get anywhere near this business...period. A complaint is being filed with Troy Bilt as well. If you took the time to read this review, please take a 1/2 second and click like. Thank you."
"I dropped my lawn mower off at Park Seneca Lawnmower and Repair...I was told it would be three weeks before it was done...heard nothing from them during those three weeks and finally called on the third week. The person I spoke with seemed rather rude and rather irritated that I would enquire about my mower as this was the busy time of the season. I said, you told me three weeks and here we are on the third week. It seemed to me that they had not done anything to the lawn mower. I was told it might be another few weeks. What can yon do at this point but trust them? I was a bit frustrated but mostly because of his tone of voice that I would be calling to begin with. Very rude, but I said just please do the beast you can. THE NEXT DAY, I get a call...it's ready, they say. I was happy but shocked that it was so quick. I go pick it up...pay $130 which was in addition to the $25 that I had already paid on deposit...I get home...and again it will not crank. The next week, I take it back and they insist it is a line that needs to be replaced...so again, they keep me waiting an additional week awaiting the part to arrive. They called, said it was in so I took the lawnmower back and they replaced the wire. $17.00 more dollars. Get the mower home...works for about 10 minutes, cuts off, and refuses to crank. A friend of mine offers to take the mower to be looked at by a repairman in Boone NC. I was told the parts were put back into the lawnmower backwards...something about a spring. Lawnmower fixed...Starts fine and works. Point of all this is that Park Seneca waisted my time, my money and DID NOT REPAIR MY LAWNMOWER. Do not go there. They act as if they are doing YOU a favor for even looking at your mower...STAY AWAY... I would like at least, a partial refund...Will I get it? Probably not!"
