"John F was our technician, who called to let me know he was on his way and arrived when he stated he would be here. He was very professional and explained what he had found to be the issue as well as looking over another issue we have had that was non furnace related. He checked with his team and they provided feedback on that matter and will have someone come out as a follow up on that soon. Overall, we are happy with the service we received today from John and have signed up for the maintenance program for future."
