"My IPad 5 had a boo boo. Hit the floor and broke a of glass off/out of the screen months ago. Still works but I wanted to get it repaired to protect grandsons fingers. Made the appointment. Took pad over. Technician examined it then told me the cost. $250 to repair. He then directed me to an online retailer and to a brand new pad (A 9) on sale for less than repair cost. That is SERVICE. A very happy customer. Thank you. I’ll be back if needed"

"Was a 5 star place used to have no problems. As of today I guess they had a “management change” well they need to make another change! The new staff is horrible, very disrespectful and act is if they don’t like their Job. Was a loyal customer for the past 2/3 years. But thanks to THOMAS I greatly won’t be back. "Drove from Greensboro to this store specifically since I was told by the lady over the phone that they were able to process my Samsung Care Plus claim and I specifically asked if they could since other locations told me it wasn’t possible. Get to the store today and am told by the person working today it is not possible and the lady I spoke to yesterday at this location was wrong. Drove basically an hour each way and wasted two hours of my time for nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS UBREAKIFIX THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT EDUCATED ON THIER OWN POLICIES!!!!"

"I can’t say enough good things about the techs at their Concord store. I brought in my laptop with the supposedly deadly blue screen. They ran their diagnostic program, identified the problem which was quickly fixed and my laptop was ready in little over an hour. Thank you tech Daniel and crew!"

"I came to this place back in March. Gave it a five-star rating cuz everything was awesome. However, today November 21st 2023 they have pissed me off. Now this is where Verizon told me to bring my phone for an appointment. Which I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early. Just for them to tell me that my phone would take 3 hours and that would be after they're closing. they gave me two options. One leave it overnight. Come back and pick it up or two bring it back in the morning and it still has to wait 3 hours. Sorry I chose option one. He told me it would be ready by 12:00. I asked if he would call me to let me know that it's ready if it's ready before 12:00. It was agreed. Right now it is 1:00 p.m. I received no phone call and came to pick up my phone and my phone is completely dead. If you were fixing my phone, switching out the battery and calibrating the phone how come when I pick it up? It's dead... All of 9% No communication. I walk in the store, not even a greeting. Man came from behind. You're here for the pixel. Coach back grabs my phone does something on the computer ask me my number. I confirm my phone number. Prints off the receipt here. Sign here's your copy. You're all set. With a dead phone. I believe genuinely in customer service and as I said before when I came in March I always will. Everything was great. I guess new people new hires. They don't care. As I am sitting here in my car in front of the store, riding this review a family walks in and gets what they agree with us. Smile by another representative who's a woman. Too funny to me. Maybe it's because I'm not one of them. Hopefully my phone issues are resolved but I won't know because my issues were the phone power's off. I'll buy itself and it's not dead"
