"This company was referred to me. I have to say that I was very disappointed in the service I received. The Plummer that came out to service my home seem quite distracted. Resulting in my drip in my tub is now a stream of water coming from tub faucet. The prices he quoted seem rather high. One project verbally quoted me a $1,000, on the written paperwork he put $850. For a second leak at my washer connection $450. I only wonder did he intentionally cause my faucet to drip worse thinking I would call this company to come and service my home. I think I should be refunded my service fee. My neighbor agreed that my stem needed to be replaced, but labor charge in his opinion was excessive. I will not recommend this company, now I will have a higher water bill because of the lack of service I received. My should not be worse, but the same it was when he arrived."
