"It’s fixed!!! Excellent experience!!! Kahlib, our technician, let us know when he was on his way to arrive during our appointment window which we scheduled through our Maytag warranty service website. He was professional, courteous, diagnosed our washer problem quickly from our description, confirmed the diagnosis by taking out the worn out part, let us examine it, and replaced it with one from his truck."

"Please caution if you’re personally looking or are assigned this appliance repair company by way of your warranty. The technician dropped our washer against the wall behind it during replacement of a faulty drain pump. The drain hose detached at that time and water poured down to the main level of our home. The technician was alone and needed my help to clean the mess. He revealed that the consol on the washer had been cracked in the process, but promised to make it right by returning to replace it. At this point we were concerned and frustrated but the disappointment would only grow from here. After a series of unprofessional phone calls (where one representative scoffed and huffed at our concerns and the owner Brian reminded us that there are 2 sides to a story) we are left with a washer that now makes loud noises during the spin cycle on the normal wash setting. This was not an issue prior to the washer being dropped and now we are being referred back to Maytag. Disappointed is an understatement. Avoid business with them if you can."
"My washing machine was displaying error code F9E1 so I contacted Maytag directly and they dispatched Advantage Appliance to come out and diagnose the problem. The technician arrived at my house on December 5, 2023, and I advised him that work was completed on the machine approximately 6 months ago by another company while still under warranty. The technician advised me that he could not make any repairs to the machine until I paid a $129 diagnostic fee upfront although the machine was under warranty. The reason for the fee is because the paperwork did not specifically state the repair was covered under warranty and they do not make any repairs that may have been made by another company. Once the technician left my house, I contacted Maytag directly to file a complaint and the representative advised me that Advantage Appliance has authorization to work on the machine and should have completed the repair regardless of who previously completed work because it was still under warranty. I then called Advantage Appliance asking why the technician did not complete the repair as requested by Maytag and the person answering the phone was rude. She stated to me directly " Why should we complete the repair when someone else previously worked on the machine". I am sure that Advantage would be reimbursed to a certain extent by Maytag for the service call so they aren't completing the repair for free."
"Our dryer was still under warranty so we were sent to this company. The initial process was smooth and easy. Our problem was a rattle in the dryer. He told us that they needed to order a part and he would have them reach back out with a day and time. They came back the following week. He said he fixed it and the next day when I used the dryer, it made a terrible screeching sound and a knocking sound. I called Advantage Repair back and the lady I spoke with, Jenny was very rude. I assumed that since their guy didn’t do something right and made it worse that they would come back to fix, but she advised me to call Whirlpool back to have another ticket through the warranty. This wasn’t an issue with the warranty at this point. It was to fix what their technician broke. We had another company, Advance Repair come out and they found out that Advantage Repair just stuffed paper under it as you can see in the pics below and didn’t fix the problem at all. I wouldn’t trust this company. Thanks to the other company, Advance, we now have no more issues with our dryer."
