"DJ isn't just unprofessional, he is a crook. He took my money and acknowledged he used it for purposes other than my windows. He ultimately put in my windows four months later after constant phone calls, text messages, and showing up at his window distributor. I would schedule to be home for the install and he would either not show up or show up midday. He left broken glass, smoked while installing and filled my house with cigarettes smoke, and worked approximately four hours a day. He repeatedly gave me excuses about why he was incompetent. One of which is because his help had drug problems. These were the same people installing windows in my home. I would not only NOT recommend him, I'm filling a complaint with the BBB and have documentation to support my claim."
