"DISGUSTINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL. My property management company, Mainstreet Renewal, chose to use this vendor to fix a hole in my wall after having a leak fixed. I was given my initial appointment; then was given a call the next day that they were having issues with their operating system so my appointment was a double booking and we had to reschedule. Fine, issues like that happen and I was happy to work with a different appointment. Day of my 1pm-3pm appointment window and at 3pm I give a call to Lucas, who said he would call me back after he found out where his worker was and why he wasn’t at my house. 45 minutes later I finally get a call back and am told his worker will be there in 35 minutes and is allegedly stuck in traffic. His worker shows up at 4:40pm with Lucas on facetime, he shows Lucas my wall, tells me he needs to go to Home Depot and will be back. The worker never came back and Lucas will not respond to phone calls or my text. If it were up to me I would never attempt to use them ever again. (Edit: Not to mention I had Mainstreet on the phone who also tried to contract Lucas, and he did not answer)"

"Main Street Renewal used this vendor to repair a leak on the house side of the water meter just last Friday. They never notified my wife of the work being completed, and upon further investigation it was discovered that water was still not coming into the house. After a weekend without water, and rude interaction with one of their works, we again worked with the city and a different plumber who discovered that they had allowed mud and rocks into the piping damaging the pressure control valve. Fortunately this was discovered and correct by a more competent plumber who was able to replace the part this company damaged. I will be advising Main Street to consider different vendors in the future. I can share documentation of all of this if requested."

"Our property management hired this company to repair our gas log fireplace. At first they were very professional and came out on time. They took a part of the fireplace to make sure they ordered the right part. It wasn’t the right part. Then they claimed they magically had the right part from another customer who canceled their appointment. They came out, it wasn’t the right part. This has been going on since well before Christmas. Now they won’t answer the phone or text messages. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed that we haven’t been able to use our fireplace due to people who do not care about their customers."
