Starting with the Tokyo Mule - a delightful concoction of Suntory Haku Japanese Vodka, Fever Tree Premium Ginger Beer, lime, and lychee - the evening unfolded with culinary delights. The Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps, a secret family recipe and their signature dish, lived up to the hype, setting the tone for a remarkable meal. The Mongolian Beef, with its sweet soy glaze, garlic, and green onion, was a savory masterpiece. The side order of Lo Mein complemented the flavors perfectly. The culinary journey concluded on a sweet note with the decadent Chocolate Soufflé, accompanied by vanilla ice cream and raspberry sauce. To cap off the evening, the Espresso Martini, featuring Ketel One Vodka, Caffè Borghetti coffee liqueur, vanilla-infused cold brew, and orange essence, was a perfect blend of bold flavors. "We arrived at 1 pm and the restaurant was buzzing, Great music was playing and it seemed lively. Our server, Roland, was wonderful. He made great suggestions and was super attentive. We had the pan fried dumpling and ribs for appetizers and they were delicious and served piping hot. Love that! Our main dishes, waygu beef, sweet and sour chicken and friend rice were equally delicious. I'd definitely go back."
