"We are pleased with the groomers at Rover. They have groomed our dogs for years and do an amazing job. The groomers are aware our current dog is anxious and are so helpful. Karen's suggestion on using oatmeal shampoo and melaleuca helped alleviate the dry skin issue. Karen, many thanks for your devotion to your four legged friends."

"Karen the owner has a piss poor attitude and is very unprofessional. On multiple occasions she has snapped at me, made me feel like I am a bad pet owner and just down right mean to me and my husband! I had to walk out this morning and find a new groomer due to her attitude and how I was treated. I was one min past drop off time, I was under the impression drop off time was 9:00am. I have asked her to add my number to the reminders texts and rule reminders multiple times so we can make sure we abide by her rules, but she hasn’t. The door was locked, she walked out in front of the glass door and gave me the “wait figure” like a child. Finally came to the door after 10 mins and then made a huge deal and had the worst attitude! This was not the only occasion unfortunately : ( Life is way too short to act this way and do business like that. I hated to have to walk out this morning but I couldn’t allow someone to act that way or talk that way to me anymore. Wish you the best in the future! Maybe finding peace, happiness and yoga may help!"

"Daisy is usually nervous around people she doesn’t know, but she seems to really like Karen. She went for a grooming today, third one at Rover Pet Salon, and waltzed right up to the front door happy as a clam. After nine years of groomer hopping, we have finally found our groomer. Karen is the best! Updating this review, Karen continues to provide incredible service. This is the best pet salon!"

"Rover Pet Salon did a fantastic job on our dog, Emmy! Karen groomed her and I couldn't believe the difference, when I went to pick her up. She even put a cute little bandana on her and she looked adorable! Emmy said to tell you "Thank you" and that she loves her summer cut."
