The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport

"New is always nice but The Westin Raleigh-Durham airport is EXCEPTIONAL. Relatively new (Spring, 2023 build out), convenient to RDU and extensive, walkable shopping area. Soon (MAR, 2024) will have two nice restaurants on-premise. But, what always does if for me is the staff! Under the leadership of Mr. Leon Cox, everyone is pleasant, attentive and efficient and effective in the execution of their tasks and responsibilities. I highly recommend this hotel."

"NO A/C! Miserable night while sweating and with no sleep, which is what you’d like when staying at a hotel. I’d rather stay at a lower quality hotel that has good a/c than a higher end without. I will say the rooms are clean, smartly designed, and spacious with nice amenities. Staff was friendly and professional. Property is in a great location near RDU, But I wouldn’t stay here again until the A/C can be addressed . In addition, there’s no way to open or crack a window to allow some cool air to flow in, so that wasn’t even a possible solution."

"I'm a traveling nurse and I recently stayed at this hotel, not only is the place absolutely amazing but the service and hospitality is just something to truly behold. I was checked in and tended to by Selene and Jaleel, they were both amazing. The food was also top notch. Super quiet and cozy atmosphere, its actually probably one of the only hotels I have ever actually been able to fully fall asleep in. The hotel along with the rooms are kept super clean. 10/10 housekeeping. Overall it was a pleasant experience."

"We had a FANTASTIC stay here! I honestly can’t say enough. First, the hotel location is in walking distance to an outdoor shopping center with lots of great stores and restaurants - great mix of chain and independent places. We happened to be there the weekend they had a tree lighting ceremony and the entire area is lit up in decorations. You will not need to drive anywhere for food or shopping. The hotel itself is brand new and gorgeous inside. Luxurious and modern decor, clean, and sophisticated. Every single desk attendant/concierge was kind, pleasant, and attentive. There was no pushy bellman. Our room (a junior suite) was fantastic - spacious, beautifully designed, clean, neat, had a mini-kitchen, seating area for entertaining company, sparkling and sizable bathroom, super comfortable bed and bedding. They provide two small bottles of water daily for free and one optional large bottle for water for $4, but no other snacks or drinks that rack up costs. Maid service came in daily, made our beds, tidied up, and replenished toiletries. The hotel bar and restaurant staff were wonderful. Shout out to their catering manager, Monica, bartender Lauren, and barmaid, Summer who were amazing. The prices for the meals and drinks were reasonable, not outrageous. I look forward to staying here again the next time we’re in Raleigh!"

"This hotel is conveniently located to the airport, and there is a large shopping center within walking distance. The rooms are recently renovated with very updated features like USBC plug ins in the wall outlets. The rooms are very well lit — a nice change from most hotel rooms — and the finishes are modern and sleek. The staff is friendly and helpful. Be sure to check out the restaurant for dining. I highly recommend the honey lavender lemonade (it’s non alcoholic), and the lemon ricotta waffles."
