"Location is great and attendant at check in/ out desk was friendly, however the whole place literally had such a bad smell from just past lobby all down main hallway we some times ran to our room and covered our noses. Place smelled horrible the whole time we were there."
"We booked this last minute. We were a little nervous reading reviews but it looked nice. I was very pleased with our stay. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We will continue to stay here."
"Pros: We liked the location tucked back in. The surrounding area itself was quiet as far as not hearing traffic from the main drag. It was affordable. The ladies at the front worked long hard hours and smiled at us when we came and went. Cons: Dirty! I read the reviews prior to and I know how critical people can be. My husband and I had to go out and buy our own lysol wipes, towels, and flipflops to wear in the shower because there were leftover hairs from previous guests everywhere in there. A PILE of suspicious hair clippings at the base of the toilet you couldn't miss unless you really didn't clean the bathroom. Shower had long hairs on the floor. Dust an inch thick on the walls and surfaces, as well as the toilet paper holder. Stuff that you don't miss unless you simply go in and just change out the towels. That was another story. I get you may get a hair or two in towels it is impossible to prevent that but every towel had a gross stain or hairs embedded in them, hence why we went and bought our own. Carpet hadn't been vacuumed. We actually lucked out with clean sheets, although we stripped the rest of the bed. We brought our own pillows and blanket from home. Trash truck comes every 2 days and will wake you up at 4:30 AM to clear out 8 dumpsters. Walls and ceilings are thin so we also heard the elephants upstairs and everyone slamming their doors all hours. Very loud. We did not get good sleep or able to sleep in past 7 the entire week. The most frustrating thing I wanted to write the review about was that we had our 'do not disturb' door hanger up the whole time. I mean, we had our own amenities. You can tell they were shortstaffed with cleaning crew. I got leary with them coming in. On day 3, we came back from being gone all day and regardless of the sign on the door, they came in and took our old towels we could've taken to the lobby ourself, and took our trash. I'm not sure if that was protocol to barge right in anyways, but even if it was, we should have been notified first! I felt like my privacy was invaded and then I had to rewipe every surface with lysol in case he decided to use the bathroom while he was "cleaning" it. The front door in lobby is the only way in and out for everyone."
"We were not sure about this place at first. Reviews were all over. The girl at the desk was very nice, great customer service. The room didn’t have any issues, it’s an older hotel. Some people want to much. We walked in the room was cold, most rooms the ac is off. They do offer coffee, I liked that. Great to have coffee in the morning. There’s restaurants in walking distance. No problem with parking. It was quiet. We will stay again. We just needed a place to sleep. Price was good, location was good. Thank you for a good night."
"DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Pros: on the strip, great location CONS: the room was DIRTY. You can tell no one cleaned it beforehand. The baseboards were nasty, there was dust everywhere. The bathroom smelled before we ever used it, did not see a single cleaning person or cleaning product our whole stay. The front desk staff were RUDE, and unhelpful. The fire alarm went off at 3:30AM, waking up the whole family (including the baby) and wasn’t turned off for hours. The breakfast they advertise online is no longer available. There is 20+ bugs dead in every light in the hallway. Heard bugs buzzing inside the walls on the second floor. Overall a terrible stay. Anything this place charges is overpriced for what you’ll endure during your stay."
