"The worst hotel I have ever been! For the love of Jesus - Please do not stay here! Breakfast - biscuits hard as rocks (There were only 3) No condiments. There is a waffle machine but no syrup. The pool is nasty. The rooms were not cleaned. Had to ask to get them to clean after the second day. The management staff are extremely rude and refused to give more towels, And on top of everything we got charged twice."
"I booked through Priceline but the manager felt the need to interrogate me about who was staying in the room because I was getting “such a good price”. The room was pretty shabby, dirty, the balcony was gross, the bathroom sink was broken and they had a hair dryer plugged in and laying on the vanity. We went to the pool but were so grossed out we left (see pics). I tried to call the front desk to ask questions about breakfast and check out but nobody ever answered."
"I booked this room for $100 a night. I stood in line waiting to check in and once I did we went to our room and set our stuff down to go eat. The people that was in front of me at check in was back down in the lobby because they found hundreds of bed bugs. I said you’re kidding and they said no and now they are saying they don’t have them and won’t refund their money. I then went up to the room I booked to check and lo and behold there was bed bugs. Since the manager didn’t want to fix anything for anyone. I proceeded to tell everyone I ran into at the hotel there was bed bugs but they all said “ oh we know, we found that out”. Our vacation was ruined along with everyone else at this hotel, not to mention I spent that money to potentially have to spend thousands for an exterminator. I will never stay here again nor will anyone I know. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"Initially started my booking on August 4th and then later canceled that day. Cause I found a better room at a better rate. And this one had pictures of bed bugs. And was shown to be very dirty plus the original reservation that I sent through was supposed to be for 2 beds for a total of 5 people. They put me in a room with one bed for 5 people. I was on my way up here and the manager at the hotel called me and said that my card was ran. Ask him why when it should have only been a $178. Not 472.36 then got off the phone with him called back. At seven, because my card was ran to ask him why he got hateful and agile with me on the phone. My card was then ran a second time while he was screaming at me. And then hung up on went to the property on Friday, and the manager refused to come there to talk to me to provide me with a refund receipt. And I got on the phone with him. And he started screaming at me again. So I called a police officer then. The manager finally showed up at the property and was arguing with me. And the police officer and stated that he could not hand me a refund receipt. Because I was not a paying customer. My card was ran for a total of $944. When I should have only been a 178. When I was standing there as the police officer was talking to the manager, the manager stated that he could not hand me a refund receipt because it had not been started. So he again told a lie while we were standing there. Then said it was not his responsibility to refund me my money. And then after that, the police officer told him that he had until Monday morning to have a copy of the refund received on the card or I could. Proceed with credit card fraud for all charges. And then after that, on the way out, he stopped me. And the police officer and proceeded to argue with us again stating that charges could not be taken on him. That I would have to wait to get my monry refunded that he would. Get us in trouble for stating that. He then proceeded to tell me that he didn't need my money to get the hell out of his motel talk to me like I was dirt and basically took no responsibility for running the card twice after he admitted to running the card. The manager is very rude, very mean, and very confrontational. He takes no responsibility for his actions whatsoever. I would not send any one to stay. They're or recommend anyone to stay there. Unless you wanted to deal with a liar a cheat and a theif Someone that is very ungrateful and rude to anyone that he encounters if. I could give this a negative 100 as a rating. I would, but there is not a way to do that."
