"I've been taking my older bully breed to this location for grooming the last 3 years. I've never had a bad experience and I've always been impressed with the staff's sincerity and kindness. My dog didn't pass the temper test for doggy day care (aggressive play), but the manner in which they informed me was very professional. I wasn't 'put off' and inquired on other services. I didn't know they had grooming. After his first visit I realized his previous groomer was not as good as I thought. I do see very happy dog owners picking up their dogs every time I visit."
