Best Western Toni Inn 3810 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863

"We usually stay at a different hotel but they were under construction so we decided to give this one a try. We were so glad we did. It's such a nice hotel. I almost don't want to review it or tell anyone about it. Lol The staff was welcoming and friendly. We loved the indoor pool and whirlpool. They have plenty of towels for the pool, and a place to put them when you're done. The room was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room and the beds were comfy and clean. Close to all attractions and plenty of restaurants and entertainment. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, fresh, and plenty to choose from. They have a different breakfast everyday. They have snack/drink/ice machines as well. We will definitely be going back."

"This hotel was so good to us, let us check in early the room was literally spotless, beds were super comfy. The pool was warm and clean! We watched the pool guy immediately go check the chemical levels as soon as 10pm hit & they closed the pool for the night, witch told us they actually keep up with the levels to keep it so clean! I have zero complaints & will stay in this hotel again some day!"

"Very nice motel got a room on the bottom floor which made everything easier and also they had a whole separate breakfast room which was very yummy and lots of options they had to go boxes which was very convenient and the rooms were very clean. The parking at night filled up quickly but they have more in front of the lobby. The outside pool was locked but the indoor pool was nice and there is a hot tub."

"Stayed here 10/28-11/1 in a double queen room inside the pool building. The front desk staff was very nice, the room size was decent, the beds were very comfortable and room/bathroom was very clean. Love the location and how close it is to everything. I did not like how dim the lighting was though. My only complaints was the housekeeping and how dirty the pool area is. We were still waiting at 3pm for our room to be cleaned, or at least for the towels and toilet paper to be replenished. The pool area was very dirty. I watched a housekeeper sweeping the floor…and she swept it right into the pool and walked away. Every night, they tested the water and threw the hose in but never actually cleaned the pool or hot tub. No scrubbing the sides or vacuuming the bottom. The last day we were there, they were pressure washing the floors but again, no scrubbing so they looked just as dirty afterwards. On our way out the next morning while the hot tub was turned off, I looked in it and was so grossed out by all the dirt just laying on the bottom. Oh and they really need a ramp for bringing your luggage in and out. They had one small ramp but it was also a parking spot so no access."

"Rooms are basic but worked well for our family. We had the large family room with 3 queen beds. Room was spacious and easily accessible. Indoor pool was decent aged but clean. Complimentary breakfast was decent not a ton of options but enough to make my family happy. Staff was polite. All around decent experience. Remember when booking that room is very basic. But for the price and just a bed to crash in at the end of the day from exploring it worked well for us."
