"Enjoyed my extended stay but felt very unwelcome upon check in as I was asked multiple times about my status as a local and my home town being just a little over an hour away but had no issues upon confirming that I was indeed not living in the room. Aside from the loud neighbors who were very much locals living in the room the room was very clean and beds very comfortable I would definitely stay again provided the same neighbors aren't still residing there. I understand the local question being a constant visitor to the area they tend to disrespect the properties and cost more than the weekly price is worth. The staff was very friendly following check in and I loved the option for fresh coffee or juice in the lobby. My only complaint truly is the router for the Internet needs to be recoded to accommodate updated devices for the captive portal login, only my son's outdated phone would connect but we didn't really need it with our phone service. It's obvious the owners are working hard to create a beautiful stay for their guests and I'm glad to say this was by far one of the best locations I've stayed in since I began doing photo shoots in the area frequently."

"Upon arrival (After a six hour drive), we arrived in office with several people ahead of us. Each were complaining about their room, (nasty sheets, bed bugs. requested patron for a different credit card than the one given during reservations) The man at the front desk was very patient with the customers. The manager was requested for the bed bugs. When she arrived ,the gentleman with the bed bug issue was standing at the side. She assumed it was me and was very hostile and rude. When i tried to explain to her that I was not the gentleman she went off the top. I then ask for cancellation and she yelled "you have been cancelled". She called the police on the man complaining about the bed bugs. All he was asking for was a refund. The police came and we left. I would not recommend this place for anyone. The management or owner is a complete "JERK"!"

"The King room had generous space. More seating options in room than most places. The bed was comfortable enough. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative about the room is there was nowhere to hang your clothes and the bathtub would not hold water for taking a bath. Overall a nice place with good value for the money. I would stay here again."

"Such a lovely place to stay, the staff was happy to help us with all the all questions we had and the location was perfect! It was to cold to jump in the pool but it was very clean! I was shocked to see how nice everything was since the price was so low! Will 100% be back"

"Stayed here for 4 days during the week and I have to say we were quite happy. We had some concerns because of how inexpensive the rooms were, but took other reviewers recommendations and were happy we did. Great hotel regardless of the price we paid. This was our 4th trip to Pigeon Forge and I wish we stayed here on our previous trips. Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, very quiet at night, and in a great location. We will definitely stay here the next time we come to the area."
