"No housekeeping during stay. Rooms were not worth the price. Missing tiles loose floorboards in room. Door looked like it had been kicked in. Definitely a junkie motel. At least no bed bugs."
"The entire property needs major renovations. The pictures are VERY deceiving. Room was not as shown online... Not even close to it. Bedspreads had burn holes in them. Pillows were the worst. You couldn't even fold them in half to hold your head up. No room to move around comfortably between the beds and desk/fridge/microwave area. Housekeeping dropped off "clean" towels which had a big roach crawl out of them. The floor was nasty and couldn't have been mopped in forever. The toilet was cracked around the bowl area, the handle would get stuck resulting in the toilet running constantly and there was black mold around the tank lid. The shower was quite finicky. Either too hot or too cold. Water would stream out of the push button for the shower. Most rooms were shown as non smoking but it looked like Cheech and Chong were there. The smell of drugs and some of the customers were ridiculous. One guy complaining about "his" parking spot being taken by others and another guy yelling at people as they walk by or looked at him. The property is pet-friendly and adds extra charges per pet per night. With that amenity, they should provide proper pet essentials such as a potty spot. However, the pet area was an absolute joke! A tiny area at the end of the property that was full of poop. That area evidently had never been cleaned. There was basically no place for our pets to potty. They had to use a small area around a drain ditch. The only thing going for this business is the location. It could be a good hotel if they would remodel and update the entire premises."
"Rooms were dirty, felt damp, smelled like someone had smoked in it before we stayed there, and the ramps you have to walk up, especially to the top floor, is ridiculous. Also, the beds are not comfortable my back is still paying for it. I will not be including this place in future stays on my trips to Pigeon Forge."
"Great hotel for the price! We originally rented a hotel down the road for more money and it was just disgusting so we took the lost on our money and came here. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly and the check in process was fast. Our room was clean and we had no issues at all during our stay. I would definitely stay here again."
"Had booked the family suite, get there and our reservation had been cancelled. Gave us two rooms instead, for more money. No dressers for your clothing. Had a rack to hang clothes on, but no hangers. Out of date tvs and microwave. No coffee maker. Toilet seat was bigger than the toilet, so had to be careful how you sit when using. Beds were hard as a rock. We actually liked that Golden Corral was next door."
