"Nestled in the heart of a quaint neighborhood, the Cottage on Elm Apartment exudes an irresistible charm that captivates from the moment you step through its doors. My stay at this delightful abode is really nothing short of enchanting, and I'm thrilled to share my experience. This place is amazing! The apartments are affordable, clean, and the area is quiet. The maintenance men come out as soon as you contact them. If you have any problems you can always contact the office. Being in the center of town is perfect because you are literally surrounded by everything such as; schools, shopping centers, and etc. I would definitely recommend here."

"I’ve lived out here for going on 2 years. The staff has always been super friendly and sweet. Anytime you need maintenance work the works come out super quick and they’re also super friendly. The neighbor is kid friendly, there’s a park right down the road. And I don’t have any animals but my neighbors say they have an animal park right down the road as well for residents. It’s also affordable and a great starter home."

"Me and my family have been here since February 2015 is when we move in. We have had a okay experience here. But I just wish they would not go up on the rent every year. I think they would get more people to stay and let other people know that this is a great place to stay. But overall my experience has been good. Most of the people I met in the office over the year have been very helpful."

"Another speedy fix! Called the office because I was having issues with one of the lights in one of my bedrooms and Dillion came and fixed it the same day! I love living here and the response from the maintenance crew is amazing. They ensure our living arrangements are safe not only for myself but for my child as well. Thank you Dillion for all that you do, thank you to Cottages On Elm for employing such amazing staff and I would highly recommend people to apply to live here!"

"Good people, safe neighborhood. Timely move in and response to maintenance request. These buildings are old and definitely not perfect. Can't argue with the price for square footage. Fairly quiet and extremely convenient in location to groceries, Fort Liberty, FTCC and downtown Skibo area. Maintenance crew is much needed and they do a great job. Overall decent experience."
