"Mrs. Ashley, Mrs.Erin, and Mrs. Melissa along with Manager Scott from Maintenance and his assistants Mr. Robert and Mr. Ian Have been a wonderful help assisting me with everything while getting me into my new apartment. Personality are so professional and the care about the welfare of the residents. I have been hear for 8 years and the ñ have been an amazing turn over. Mr. Scott is a wonderful, dedicated and easy to talk to employee. He is constantly cleaning the grounds so curtíos to and “ Johnny on the Spot” with all the back and forth work orders and demands. Thank you Mr. Scott for being there for me when I needed the new apartment keys and movers were coming at the same time. I give 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for professionalism, work orders are done carefully and will get back to you to make sure your satisfied. Lots of fun family, oriented group activities. Overall a great place to live !!"

"Military guy here. Its close to Bragg and the price is lower (there is a reason). Maintenance is fast, but will only fix things that are easy. My windows does not open. My storage closet outside floods because it has a hole in the wall and water runs into it. Maintenance will enter your building without permission (happened twice). Here is the thing that really makes me give the 1/5 stars. I have orders to move, gave them my notice to vacate + official orders. They said they don't look authentic?! Army has gone to a new system and they do look different which I tried to explain. They said they needed to talk to "higher" haven't heard back. I literally having to talk to my brigade legal. Like I don't have enough stuff to deal with during a PCS. Thank you for your service... but we need to make sure you are not lying?! Can't make this stuff up. So they think I am making up fake orders to get out of lease 1 month early.. A lot cheaper than my other place, but it comes at a cost. Good luck!"

"I just had a great visit at The Hampton Apartments. Melissa and Erin were very professional and knowledgeable. The apartment that I saw checked everything off my list. The amenities looked beautiful and you can’t beat the location."

"I lived here a year ago, this is the worst place I ever lived! The manger is rude, her and 3 men walked into my apartment without knocking while I was breastfeeding my daughter. It happened again with a maintenance man while I was in the shower! The walls are supper thin. I lived on the top floor and could hear every conversation downstairs. I highly recommend you do not move here"

"Not sure if this place is even in business anymore. Since the change in management earlier this year, there Seemingly no office staff. Haven't been in touch at all, except to notify us of rent due. They changed the facade of the buildings to raise the price of rent, but won't/don't answer the phones. Apartment is in dire need of maintenance, but no one is ever available. They want to raise rent over $200 for dripping faucets, clogged drains and doorknobs half hanging. I'm sure whoever sees this will suggest that we speak to management, but won't provide a phone number or won't answer the phone. Stay far, far away from this place."
