"Jesus from maintenance has fixed a clogging issue with our sink twice and has been great each time. One time he came after hours and made sure not to leave until the job was complete. We really appreciate the great maintenance turn around and response time when it comes to work orders. Keep up the great work Jesus!"

"They decided to tow my car because they never gave me an updated parking pass, and now I'm out $245. They also haven't replaced my doorknob that literally fell off one night (someone came and tightened it, said they'd come replace it, and never came back.) They never looked into flooding in my bathroom that I reported months ago. They never finished painting my door because they sprayed all over my $200 camera and left a huge space. There's no way to get in contact with anyone if it's an emergency. If it's maintenance, I hope you don't have to leave a message because the mailbox is full. I don't even know which emergency maintenance number to use because they have different lines. The only way I could think to get them to answer me quickly was leaving this review. Update 9/18/23: Apparently unsubscribing from their community event emails is the same as unsubscribing from actual emergency apartment updates, such as new parking passes and water shutoff warnings. There's not a separate email list for such events. The communication and responses from Bryan Woods leave so much to be desired, and I would honestly recommend looking elsewhere for a reliable place to live."

"If I could rate this worst place to live, I would. It doesn’t deserve a star. Don’t expect anything in your apt to be fixed if you have an issue, management will lie and say they never received any service requests and you can open up the portal and see them with your own eyes. When they do happen to come “fix” things don’t expect them to actually be fixed, the maintenance people don’t know how to do basic maintenance. Also don’t expect anyone to call you back or pick up the phone. If you get lucky enough to get someone on the phone don’t expect them to care because they don’t and they’ll ignore you. I could write a novel about all the terrible things about this place but I’ll save it and tell you don’t rent here. The prices look good but the area is not safe, the owners of this place care about money and nothing else. Everyone here is mediocre and lazy. Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else!"

"The apartment complex is quiet, clean and in a good location. The property management does not answer the phone 98 % of the time. Even when you see their vehicles parked outside, nor do they return your calls. Getting things fixed has gotten better as long as it not more difficult than screwing in something can be challenging. Its funny how you could speak to the office staff/management when you were going through the process of renting the apartment. ****Update**** My service changed in a delightful way after my posting: corporate responded, my maintenance requests were completely and the few times I've called the office I got an answer and/or communications to the residents informing why calls are not being answered or returned during business hours. I greatly appreciate how my experience with Bryan woods had changed in a positive why."

"The office staff and maintenance staff are super friendly and helpful! They have made moving in a wonderful experience. The apartments are older so it takes some time to adjust to no over head lighting in several rooms, but that’s a easy fix with floor lamps. The hardwood laminate flooring is beautiful, and they’re working on upgrading the apartments. The community is quite and they have an on-site security officer. The apartment has an alarm system. I have really been impressed with the quick response to my maintenance request. The best part is you are close to Amazon, White Oak, and 70 & 401 area. I would recommend Bryan Woods to be a great place to live."
