"Management (specifically Michelle in the office) has been amazing since day 1. The apartments are clean, quiet and accommodating. Anytime I have an issue maintenance has been immediately on site. GILBERT AND KEVIN maintenance on staff are amazing! Thanks for all you guys do! It's great living here!"

"I recently went for a tour…people in the rental office where busy on the phone & when she finished all she did was hand me a key & ask for my drivers lic..the hallway had an odd odor… the apartment was poorly kept & look NOTHING like the pictures on the website….I was told the apartment was an upgrade that’s why they charged more…I would hate to see one that wasent an upgrade… the stove & frig looked old and very used…. The only thing that looked fine was an ugly gray paint on the walls…. The web pics should really show the truth BUT sadly they are deceptive"

"I have lived here for a year now. I was super skeptical at first because of these reviews, but I have to say my time at Legacy has not been bad. I cannot speak on the cockroach issue as I lived in APT 118, but my time here I think I had two cockroaches in my apartment. Anytime I saw, I sprayed every nook and cranny and it has been fine. I have not had much maintenance work as I kept my building pretty good, so I cannot speak on that. The only thing I will say is it can be a kinda scary place at times. Police, fire trucks, I know one time someone brought a stolen car back here and the place went berserk, however my neighbors have been very nice and made me feel welcomed. I am moving because for the price there should be a washer and dryer in my unit. I pay 1275 for a one bed/one bath (I do have a cat) a month and that is crazy to not have a washer and dryer. They do provide one just a walk away, but I assure you it adds up. Half the time the washer and dryers have clothes in them or one is out of commission so you just end up not washing clothes a lot. I forgot the person's name that helped me throughout my stay but she was great. Remembered me, who I was, my apartment building, without me even having to tell her where I lived- you know who you are! thank you!"
