"Don't rent from these people. If you rent from this community or management company HHHunt, please understand you won't ever receive your security deposit back. They will find bogus charges and screw you. Rented for 20+ years in NY/NJ and always received my security deposit back.- Here, not so much. Additionally, If you need extra time on the end of your lease expect to pay 150%-200% for a month extension. As far as amenities go, the pool was closed for 50% of the time I lived there. The trash service is terrible at best and the landscaping for the community looks horrible. The residents here don't pick-up after their pets either. There is no assigned parking - so if you come home late from work, expect to walk a little far and in the dark to your door. This just scratches the surface on what was a horrible experience living in this community. If you're considering living here, don't and run in the opposite direction. Wish I could give this rating 0 stars!"

"I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 months as part of a relocating to the Raleigh area. It was a very pleasurable experience. Grant in the office is very kind and great help. The pool was nice and everyone was friendly. It was great to have access to a dog park to let me dog run around. All the amenities were great. The floor plan was very accommodating and the unit I was in felt brand new. If I were looking for an apartment home to rent, I would definitely look to live here."

"The apartment and floor plans are nice. I enjoyed my first year living here so I signed for another year and now I regret it. The online portal to pay bills doesn’t work sometimes. I’m not always around or in town to pay in person. So I have to pay late. The gates only work about half the time. The trash collectors will take your trash basically if they feel like it, so I have to leave it outside for multiple days before they actually take it. And the trash collection fees are required every month, it’s not optional. And if you’re a private person DO NOT move in here. It’s very noisy and I felt uncomfortable when my new neighbors set up a camera that is directly across from me and points right at my door. I was told they are allowed to have them, but I’m a very private and sometimes anxious person and it makes me feel very uncomfortable, like I’m being watched any time I open my door. If those things don’t bother you then you shouldn’t have a problem. Otherwise the pool is nice, plenty of parking, and Grant in the leasing office is good to work with."
